Manager, Strategic Research Department (1-2 persons)

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Assist the clients with strategic planning and research;

Under the direction of partners, carry out in-depth research of the industry and the target company, make judgments on its business model, growth potential, investment risks, and values;

Write the Strategic Development Plan, Business Plan, and Financing Plan for clients;

Provide introductions to Institutional investors about the business developments and financing needs of the client companies;

 

Requirements:

 

3-4 years of related experience in a Chinese management consulting firm, hands-on experience with strategic planning and business plans

Masters in Economics or Finance, or MBA;

Good at research, strong writing skills in Chinese, sound and clear logics; fluent writing, listening and speaking in English;

Able to work under pressure, and sustain the workload of investment banks; strong ability to learn and practice, and to communicate effectively;

Project Manager, Overseas M&A (1-2 persons)

 

Job Responsibilities：

 

Carry out investigation and research on the potential target for overseas (and domestic) M&A under the direction of partners;

Conduct project development led by the partners;

Execute the M&A, provide plans and execute the process, including coordinating between clients and other professional firms; assist in DD; valuation; assist in regulatory approvals in target country and China; business negotiations; help sign the equity transfer agreements and finish the closing.

Able to work independently on overseas M&A after 1-2 years of training

 

Requirements:

 

Strong English capabilities and fluency in listening, writing, speaking;

Over 3 years of work experience in Big 4 or similar institutions;

Good at coordination and communication;

Able to work under pressure, and sustain the workload of investment banks; strong ability to learn and practice, and to communicate effectively;
