The distinguished economist, Dr. Xu Xiaonian, is our chief advisor on macroeconomics and strategic directions. As a well-known economist in China, Dr. Xu actively calls forthe government to clearly position itself, reduce intervention to the economy to realize full market competition, and solve the financing difficulties of SMEs. These calls have received a warm response from the business community.
Dr. Xu was the former Managing Director and Head of Research Department at China International Capital Corporation (CICC) during 1999-2004 and led the Research Department to have become the strongest team which focused on fundamental analysis and the value of investment and won many domestic awards. In 2002, the research team led by Dr. Xu was ranked the No. 1 among Chinese brokerage firm by the Chinese institutional investors.
Dr. Xu received his PhD in Economics at the University of California in 1991 and Master degree in Industrial Economics at China’s People University in 1981. He won the highest prize in China’s economic studies in 1996 ,‘Sun Zhi Fang Award’, which acknowledged his remarkable contribution to China’s capital market research.

Mr.Xuehui Ge

Michael Ge is the managing partner of Dragon Wings Capital since he founded the company in 2009. He has led the team to accomplish many milestone projects in a number of key areas including manufacturing, real estate, finance and consumer products, and has gained valuable trust by clients.
Mr. Ge was a former senior investment banker in Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brother and CICC. He was then based mostly
in BJ and HK and also had work experiences in London and New York, where he accumulated rich experience and networks in investment banking industry over ten years.
Mr. Ge has participated in dozens of IPO cases in key industries including consumer products, energy and new energy, banking, insurance, real estate, IT, Internet, pharmacy, etc. He has successful closed transactions worth of billions of US dollars for many companies, including ICBC bank, CCB bank, China Life, CHALCO, Sino-Chem, Sino-Aluminum, Air China, GIANT, KAPPA, and NepStar.

Mr.Hongguang Zhou

Mr. Hongguang Zhou is an independent angel investor and a member of Dolphin Angel Club. He is also a shareholder of Big Bang Entrepreneurship Coffee. He was Vice President of the first session of Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce and is now a member of the supervisory committee of the second session.
Mr. Zhou has many years of experience as entrepreneur in family business and TMT industry. His investments arefocused on Internet, enterprise information technology, cloud computing, e-commerce, education and training, IOT, etc. He has established close contact with many entrepreneurs, VCs and angel investment funds.
Mr. Zhou specializes in building up first stockholder team and optimizing structural design and structural flexibility for start-up company.

Mr.Yili Chen

Mr. Chen graduated from Beijing University majoring in Finance. He is a former employee of Citibank and had provided
accounting and financial services for many companies. He was also a financing advisor for a domestic company.
Expert in macroeconomic analysis, investment and financial activities, Mr. Chen has extensive resources in banking, brokers and advisories.
