Valuation is where we can make significant contributions to our client. Through the use of Comparable Transactions method, the Comparable Company method, DCF and other methods, we assist our clients to game with their counterparties with international languages.

In the final phase, with our rich experience and cross-border negotiation skills, DWC would fully explore and analyze the risks of target, based on which we aim to achieve the optimal transaction price in the business negotiations.

In some cases we can also help finance the acquisition funds from various sources.

After signing the SPA with the seller, we will further assist the client with domestic and overseas approval. DWC continues to play an active role in the entire closing process.
